Calcium hydroxyapatite for structural lift and collagen

Calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres in a gel carrier injected into the mid and lower face, hands, and neck. Radiesse provides immediate structural support and lift, then stimulates collagen synthesis as the microspheres are metabolised over 12–18 months. It is particularly effective for jawline and chin projection, cheek support, and hand rejuvenation — areas requiring structural integrity rather than soft hydration. Unlike HA fillers, it cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase if placement is suboptimal, making injector skill even more critical. When diluted (hyperdilute Radiesse), it functions as a broad-area biostimulator for skin quality improvement.
