HIIT Training

Maximum fat burn in minimum time

High-intensity interval training — alternating 20–40 seconds of maximal effort with 10–20 seconds of rest, for 15–25 minutes total, 3–4x per week. HIIT produces a significant EPOC (afterburn) effect that continues burning fat for hours post-session, spikes HGH acutely, and improves insulin sensitivity that reduces acne-driving blood sugar spikes. Far more time-efficient than steady-state cardio for fat loss.

Lost more body fat in 6 weeks of HIIT than months of steady-state cardio. Face leaned out significantly.

20 minutes 4x a week and my physique changed more than an hour of cardio ever did.
