Using precision eyeliner — gel pot with a fine brush, liquid liner pen, or coloured pencil — to create graphic, geometric shapes: negative space liner, floating liner above the crease, coloured lower lash line, double wings, or graphic cut crease shapes. Graphic liner is the highest-impact editorial eye technique, capable of transforming an otherwise minimal makeup look into something striking and intentional.
