Fox Eye Thread Lift

Non-surgical lateral brow and eye lift

Barbed PDO or PLLA threads inserted beneath the skin at the temple and lateral brow to mechanically lift and sweep the outer eye corner upward, creating the elongated, tilted 'fox eye' or 'cat eye' aesthetic. Results are immediate and require no downtime beyond minor bruising. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS: Thread lifts are temporary — PDO threads dissolve in 6 months, PLLA lasts 12–18 months — and results are significantly less dramatic than surgical options. Thread migration, palpability, and dimpling are known complications. Best suited as a trial before committing to surgical canthoplasty or brow lift, or for patients who cannot undergo surgery.

Immediate effect is striking — eyes look elongated and lifted. Faded at 9 months. Good preview of what surgical canthoplasty would look like.

Thread migrated and caused a visible lump. The result wasn't worth the risk. Surgery is the right answer if you're serious about this look.
