Restore volume permanently with your own fat

Autologous fat is harvested via liposuction from the abdomen or thighs, processed to isolate viable adipocytes, and injected into the face — typically temples, cheeks, under-eye area, nasolabial folds, and lips. Fat transfer provides permanent volume restoration using the patient's own tissue, eliminating filler allergy risk and ongoing treatment costs. 30–50% of transferred fat is typically reabsorbed in the first 3 months; what survives becomes permanent. Fat grafting also contains adipose-derived stem cells that improve skin quality in the treated area. Results look natural because the volume is biological tissue rather than a synthetic product.

Three years post fat transfer. The surviving volume is still there, still natural, and my skin texture in those areas genuinely improved. No more filler for me.

The reabsorption unpredictability is the main drawback — you don't know how much survives. Second small touch-up session may be needed.
