The telomere peptide from Russian longevity research
Epithalon (Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide — Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly — developed by the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology. It activates telomerase, the enzyme that extends telomere length, which is one of the core molecular mechanisms of cellular aging. Human studies conducted in Russia show reductions in aging biomarkers, improved melatonin secretion, and enhanced immune function with cyclic dosing (10mg daily for 10–20 days, 1–2x per year). Legal as a research chemical in most countries. Long-term human safety data outside Russian research is limited; source quality matters significantly given the peptide research chemical market.

The Russian research is legitimate and peer-reviewed. Western bias toward dismissing it doesn't change the data. Two cycles in, I'm continuing.
